How to encrypt folder with password in Mac

  1. Open “disk utility” application
  2. In “disk utility” panes, select file > new > disk image from folder
  3. Select folder that you want to encrypt, then click image
  4. Image format > read/write
  5. encryption > 128 bit AES encryption > save
  6. put your password at password & verify box
  7. un-tick “remember password in my keychain > ok
  8. after encrypt, delete the original folder. the encrypt one is with the ext. dmg

How to have your own signature in your document

  1. Sign on a piece of white paper using black ink.
  2. Open “preview” application in your Mac
  3. In “preview” panes, click “Preferences”
  4. Click “signatures” tab
  5. Click “+” , and pop-up window will appear
  6. Hold your paper with the signature until the web cam capture your sign, and click “accept”
  7. Open any pdf files, go to “tools”, click “annotate”
  8. Choose “signature”, and place your sign anywhere you want it.
